We started DeepVac Inc., in 1991 offering carpet-cleaning services to apartment communities, property management companies and residential and commercial rental properties. As our company grew, we added more services and now we currently provide services to approximately 14,000 housing units in the San Francisco Bay Area including Marin, Sonoma, Napa, Solano, Contra Costa, Alameda and San Francisco counties.

Frank started DeepVac Inc., in 1991 and is the General Manager. He is also responsible for marketing.

Jane joined DeepVac Inc., in 1992 as Marketing Manager. She is now responsible for accounting and general office management as well as developing information technology.

Erin joined DeepVac Inc., in 2003 and takes your calls and provides data entry of your faxed and emailed Service Requests.
Our employees and subcontractors are excellent trades’ people who provide professional service to our clients. We take pride in our product and demand the best from our employees and subcontractors. We emphasize safety and training. We are fully insured including general liability, business, auto and workman’s compensation insurance.
Subcontractors must provide us with their business licenses, contractors’ licenses (if applicable), and certificates of insurance.
OUR IT (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES)
We use SalesForce.com the worldwide leader in on-demand customer relationship management (CRM) services for scheduling jobs. The completed jobs are then linked to QuickBooks, the #1 rated and recommended small business financial management software for invoicing through "InterWeave ® ", the industry's most comprehensive Information Integration Management (IIM) solution.
We utilize ITX Virtual Server facilities out of Rochester New York to host our accounting software.
