We are certified and registered with the state of California in trauma scene management and biohazard cleanup. We are contracted with a local medical waste disposal company. DeepVac is fully insured with environmental pollution liability insurance. We are experienced in the clean up of blood and body fluids, feces, infectious disease, avian feces. We are expereinced in dealing with trauma and crime scene clean-up including: suicide, murder, assault, accidents. Our personnel are discrete and sensitive to every situation.

We provide excellent de-flooding and water damage restoration services. Danger of mold and mildew always exist around a water damage scene and we respond quickly to avoid contamination. We carry a large inventory of drying equipment. We use heavy-duty truck mounts to extract water quickly and thoroughly. We test for moisture in sheetrock, stucco, wood and masonry. Our experienced technicians are fast and thorough.
MOLD REMEDIATION
Mold contamination in buildings can cause significant health problems. Examples are eye, nose, and throat irritation, asthma, lingering colds and flu, and others.
Remediation requires the following:
- Removal of settled spores
- Reducing moisture levels
- Removing porous materials
- Physically removing surface microbial growth on non-porous material.
Our carpet care services are carried out with the latest technology to provide a clean finished product. We use both powerful truck mounted equipment as well as powerful portable units. We treat stains, repair, patch and re-stretch carpet. Our technicians are certified and thorough. Non-toxic and biodegradable cleaning products are always used.
Our professional teams of housekeepers provide turnover work for rental units as well as recurring services both for rental units, offices and grounds care as well as residential housekeeping services, cleanup and trashout following evictions, abandonment and construction cleanup.

We are an experienced painting contractor providing both interior and exterior painting and repairs. We also provide deck, fence and exterior staining surface sealing and repair. We specialize in turnover rental units. We also have experience in hotel and motel renovation.

We represent the three largest manufactures of carpets: Shaw, Mohawk and Beaulieu as well as most brands of vinyl including Armstrong and Congoleum. You are welcome to visit our showroom. Please call for an appointment. Our installation team is experienced and professional.
